Cancellation Policy

To reschedule, please email meredith@simplynourishedcoach.com at least 24hrs ahead of your scheduled session time, if possible. In the event of an emergency or you are running 5+ minutes late, please text Meredith at the number provided privately. Refund/Cancellation Policy: Prior to start of sessions: Clients may request a full refund within 1 week of purchase, no questions asked. After 1 week, but prior to start of coaching, clients may request 75% refund, no questions asked. After sessions have started: Single-session purchase: 50% refund may be requested within 7 days of session, with coach requesting a 15-minute chat to discuss. 8+ days from session: non-refundable. Package purchase: 50% refund on amount paid per session may be requested within 14 days of most recent session, with coach requesting a brief discussion. 15+ days from most recent session: non-refundable.
